Sr. Net Revenue Analyst(Remote)

The Sr. Net Revenue Analyst ensures the integrity of net revenue and supports strategic financial planning for assigned subsidiaries. This is not a revenue cycle position. • Position: Sr. Net Revenue Analyst (Remote) • Salary: $80,000 – $105,000/year (based on education & experience) • Job Type: Full-Time • Shift Notes: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM) • Weekend Requirements: None Location & Work Arrangement: Hybrid: In-state employees: 1 day/week in office Remote: Out-of-state employees: 2 times/year for 3 days Eligible States: AL, AZ, AR, GA, IL, IN, KY, KS, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI, WV Experience Required: • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3+ years in reimbursement or finance with net revenue experience • Cost reporting expertise • Healthcare revenue management experience Experience Preferred: • Master’s, MBA, or CPA • Home Health/Physician Group experience • Kodiak RCA (Crowe) experience • Progressive management experience Key Responsibilities • Prepare/review schedules for Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost reports. • Analyze cost report changes and investigate variances. • Maintain monthly contractual models and reserve analysis. • Provide projections and analytical support for budgeted net revenue. • Research third-party regulations and summarize financial impacts. • Coordinate data collection for audits, settlements, and reconciliations.
