Sr. MTS, Automation & Tools Architect

About the position As a leader in Automation and Developer Tools, you will lead the architecture & design of automation infrastructure, internal tools, and best practices that drive engineering productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on improving the developer experience, streamlining workflows, and implementing scalable solutions that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality software faster. Responsibilities • Define and own the architecture for automation platforms, tooling, and frameworks that enhance developer productivity. • Lead the design and development of scalable, reusable automation solutions across mobile (iOS/Android) and web testing, deployment, and infrastructure. • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to streamline workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks. • Collaborate with engineering leadership to align automation strategies with business goals and technical roadmaps. • Drive best practices for software quality, observability, and operational excellence. • Mentor teams and establish technical standards to accelerate automation adoption across the organization. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in software architecture, automation, or tooling development. • Expertise in mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) and web automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into the development workflow. • Proficiency in languages like Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript, and modern DevOps practices. • Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab). • Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic decision-making skills.
