As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will provide product strategy and technical leadership. This role will be responsible for product road-mapping, defining requirements, coordinating across teams, mitigating risks and balancing delivery timelines with technical constraints in an Agile development environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and delivering products that optimize customer workflows. Key job responsibilities Work on strategy and strategic communication for Amazon Now Own, create and improve the delivery of new products across the organization Drive the product road-map, prioritizing long-term and short-term initiatives that support the business strategy Collaborate with individuals throughout the organization to identify product needs, define the vision, determine prioritization and ensure outcomes align the business’ priorities Starting with business questions, leverage strong analytical skills, critical thinking capabilities, and in-depth understanding of the team’s data to collaborate with business users and engineers, to develop the product strategy. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, time to market in an agile environment Bridge business users and the technology organizations. Lead collaborations and discussions among cross-functional teams for effective solution-building or issue-resolutions.
