Senior Marketing Project Manager – Workfront Expertise
Pay Rate: $50 - $52/hour, 40 hours per week, 8:00 to 5:00 CT weekdays
Employee: W-2 contractor role
Location: HQ located at 12555 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO
Length: July 21, 2025, to January 21, 2026
VisionCor Solutions partners with leading organizations to deliver exceptional solutions. Join our team and support our clients’ projects. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to work as a contractor on our client’s Growth Marketing team.
Duties:
· Drive omnichannel marketing strategies focused on prospect identification, engagement, and lead generation for Home Office and Branches.
· Manage and execute marketing tools for branch-level use, such as social media assets and local paid search campaigns.
· Serve as a strategic liaison across digital, creative, and channel management teams to ensure cohesive execution.
· Lead project scoping, planning, execution, and optimization within the prospect marketing space.
· Ensure all marketing projects align with branding, compliance, and legal standards.
Responsibilities:
· Lead multiple, highly complex marketing campaigns and projects across diverse target audiences and business areas.
· Develop and manage holistic, multi-faceted project plans incorporating appropriate project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
· Proactively identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues to maintain timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
· Deliver consistent and transparent project communication to internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
· Track resource utilization and project health using tools like Workfront; adjust plans to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
· Manage legal, compliance, and brand approvals while adhering to all documentation and record retention policies.
· Foster collaborative, high-trust relationships with internal teams, business partners, and external vendors/agencies.
Qualifications:
· Required:
o 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate marketing or creative agency environment.
o Proven ability to independently manage and execute multiple complex marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
o Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
o Expertise in Workfront
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of stakeholders.
o Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity with speed, and respond constructively to feedback
o Deep understanding of digital marketing, creative production processes, and omnichannel marketing execution.
o Results-driven with experience measuring and being held accountable for outcomes.
o Extensive experience in marketing project leadership
o Versatile with experience working on a wide variety of marketing projects.
o Adaptable to change with the ability to pivot.
o Digital and creative knowledge and experience.
o Collaborative with the ability to work well within a very collaborative culture
o Experience measuring and being held accountable for outcomes.
o Experience working for a large and complex organization
· Preferred:
o Experience supporting franchise-style marketing strategies. Prior work with franchise models would be helpful
o Previous experience in financial services is highly preferred
o Background working in large, complex organizations.
o Agency experience is a plus.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
Certifications (Preferred):
· Project Management Professional
· Workfront Core Certification
