Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive enterprise sales and increase market share
Lead cross-functional teams to create holistic and effective marketing plans
Manage relationships with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
Translate business goals and guest insights into actionable and measurable marketing strategies
Oversee owned brand activation and spearhead new initiatives to better serve our guests
Requirements
Four-year degree required, Marketing emphasis or major preferred
8+ years of related work experience
Proven track record of driving successful strategic marketing strategy and bias for action to deliver flawless execution
Curiosity and drive to deeply understand guest needs, segmentation, and the business
Proven leadership skills and ability to collaboratively engage key stakeholders across the organization
Strong creative and media acumen with ability to leverage data to draft a compelling strategy and assess work against defined strategy & objectives
