As our Sr. Marketing Analyst, you'll be the analytical powerhouse behind our customer acquisition efforts, monitoring campaign performance and delivering optimization recommendations that shape marketing investments and strategies. You'll dive deep into complex datasets, emerging as the trusted expert for turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that propel our personal loan business forward.

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:
• Lead campaign performance analysis: Serve as the definitive source of truth for all marketing campaigns, rigorously evaluating effectiveness across conversion funnels, channel attribution, and customer lifetime value (CLV) to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Develop Modeling and Attribution Frameworks: Spearhead the creation of robust models, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), to precisely attribute customer acquisitions and inform data-backed investment decisions.
• Generate Reporting and Insights: Deliver compelling, data-supported interpretations and recommendations, crafting intuitive reports and presentations that demystify complex findings for stakeholders at all levels.
• Build Automated Dashboards: Design and maintain dynamic, self-service dashboards using advanced visualization tools, iterating based on input from cross-functional partners like risk, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Support Data Infrastructure: Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure seamless, high-quality data pipelines that enable scalable analysis and integration with key systems.

Qualifications:

What you should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, ideally within financial services or consumer lending.
• Deep familiarity with core customer acquisition channels (e.g., direct mail, organic search, PPC, affiliate, email) and proven ability to craft effective strategies.
• Proficiency in SQL on for data querying, manipulation, and automation; expertise in data visualization tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau. Python experience is a plus.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including regression analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Demonstrated mastery of MMM and MTA methodologies to guide strategic investment decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts into accessible narratives for non-technical audiences and executives.
• Knowledge of data warehouse design, development, and best practices.
• Thrives in ambiguity, experimenting with innovative approaches to solve ill-defined problems.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with multiple stakeholders across time zones.

Base Salary: $85,000 - $102,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
