Sr Manager, store operation - Pickup Innovations and Execution

Position Summary The Sr. Manager of Pickup Innovations and Execution drives forward the strategic innovation of cutting-edge point of sale solutions for pharmacy pick up processes. This role will oversee the current execution of an enhanced and seamless patient experience while managing the POS platform for enterprise offerings and services. As a Sr Manager, you will lead and oversee the intake, prioritization, and implementation of pickup functionality with key stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure compliance, regulatory, and growth opportunities are being integrated during the pickup process. You will drive the patient and customer experience through innovating workflows, patient prompting/notifications, and the overall design/functionality of the point-of-sale system. You will also oversee peripheral processes that include Waiting Bin inventories for financial reconciliation, Reconstitution execution, and Drive Thru/Fill Master maintenance with our outside vendors. Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation of Rx POS innovation and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals, financial objectives, and customer/colleague priorities. Oversee day to day Rx POS execution including system support, reporting, and customer service via NPS scores. Maintain a data-driven strategy to ensure team prioritization and key stakeholder investment is driving maximum value to the business and customers. Act as the liaison between key stakeholders to drive alignment of the roadmap through clear communication on priorities, progress, and impact. Optimize processes to simplify operations and deliver enhanced pick up experience that is best in class. In this role you will be responsible for providing regular program and status updates to senior leaders to inform business decisions and support budgetary planning. Required Qualifications 5-8 years of Retail experience in the Healthcare industry Previous leadership experience Be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time to various locations, which may include multi-day. Need to be able to travel in and out of 1 CVS to oversee our on site pickup lab and testing sites with our technology partners Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, which may include both remote and in-office work, while maintaining high productivity and communication standards. Preferred Qualifications 8-10 years of retail experience in the Healthcare industry Proficiency in using analytics tools such as SQL for data analysis and reporting. Prior experience in point of sales systems and functionality Education Required: Bachelor Degree Preferred: Higher degree PharmD preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
