About the role: We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations – EMEA to lead sales operations for our high-performing EMEA region, representing 35% of the company’s total annual recurring revenue. This is a critical regional role that will work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership and Global Sales Operations to drive scalable growth, operational excellence, and regional alignment across sales strategy, execution, and planning. Based in London, this role is ideal for an experienced operations professional with a strong mix of strategic thinking, technical systems knowledge, analytical capability who can operate cross-functionally in a complex, fast-paced, and global organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead Regional Sales Support · Act as the go-to operational partner for EMEA sales leaders, enabling them and their teams with tools, insights, and process support. · Own the support of regional sales teams on daily operational needs such as deal structuring, CRM support, pipeline inspection, and other inquiries. · Ensure alignment between global and regional priorities, advocating for EMEA-specific needs and challenges. Sales Technology & CRM Enablement · Act as the regional owner for all utilized sales technology tools including Dynamics CRM, ensuring it supports local workflows and sales cycles · Drive the adoption and optimization of Sales tools in the region thru ongoing enablement · Identify and drive improvements in the use of sales tool enablement across the region. Territory & Quota Planning · Design and maintain territory and account segmentation models that reflect regional market dynamics · Support quota setting and allocation in partnership with global sales ops and regional sales leadership. · Monitor coverage models and recommend changes based on performance, whitespace, and headcount planning. Data, Reporting & Analysis · Manage the forecasting process for the region, including weekly forecast calls and pipeline health analysis · Deliver accurate, actionable reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, productivity, and attainment metrics · Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Sales Leaders to improve regional performance. · Ensure timely and reliable executive-level reporting for QBRs, and regional planning reviews. Qualifications: · 7–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related strategy roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments. · Expertise in BI Tools and CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics & PowerBI, preferred) · Experience implementing and support sales technologies to improve productivity of teams · Proven experience in territory design, quota management, sales forecasting, and workforce planning. · Strong analytical skills with a high proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools. · Experience supporting regional or global sales organizations; prior EMEA-wide experience strongly preferred. · Ability to partner with senior stakeholders across sales, finance, enablement, marketing, and product functions. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership. · Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
