Sr. Manager – Pharmacovigilance (REMOTE) Provide strategic leadership in the maintenance and oversight of safety systems, including system upgrades, migrations, validations, support requests, and ensuring data integrity and quality for regulatory compliance and inspection readiness • Collaborate with cloud and support partners to oversee and execute defined processes efficiently. Develop strategies and design processes for managing project implementation and system enhancements • Act as IT expert in ongoing projects, collaborating with the system’s host and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical system implementations, upgrades, validations, and migrations during acquisitions and divestitures of the Clinical/marketed products. • Contribute to vendor selection and management processes to ensure optimal partnerships • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements, including SOP development and updates • Lead the development of new training programs for Empirica Systems • Participate in pharmacovigilance (PV) activities, including regulatory responses, Business and System configuration of aggregate reports, and signaling processes • Accountable for application deliverables, such as configuration updates, patches, and specification documents in collaboration with the system’s host • Execute search parameters for safety database reports using PL/SQL, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Establish custom reports using Business Intelligence Publisher to enhance reporting capabilities. • Ensure compliance of Axway submission portals, Regulatory agency and partner gateway setup, keeping them operational and aligned with regulatory standards • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with the PV team, internal departments, and external partners across multiple locations, providing timely Updates Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/21/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
