Role Description
This role involves leading the Accuracy Engineering team responsible for scaling the development of tools and services to support:
Image accuracy improvement
Image interoperability (co-alignment)
Consistent image formation

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferably Computer Science)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading teams and people management
Familiarity programming or leading geospatial teams
Familiarity with a range of software development methodologies (i.e., waterfall, iterative, agile, scrum)
Strong management, analytical, and written/oral communication skills
Requirements
Must be a US citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher
5 years of software engineering management experience, preferably in organizations using agile team-based practices
Strong sense of self-motivation
Successful at multi-tasking and able to handle multiple priorities
Able to identify and resolve project issues independently
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
Program and project management experience
Knowledge of microservice-based large-scale systems
Working knowledge of AWS or comparable cloud technologies
C++ or Python programming expertise
Geodesic and/or photogrammetric expertise
