• ** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

This position is responsible for leading a team that drives the creative development and execution of high impact in-store merchandising strategies that increase the persuasive power and impact of our consumer message in retail locations, including large format campiagn graphics, promotional messaging (digital and print) and product marketing (Digital, print, and interactive) to support TFB (T-Mobile for Business), Home Internet and OEM specific initiatives. This role requires a high degree of collaboration and cross functional leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manages T-Mobile retail creative content, establishing and constantly evaluating creative strategy and consistency across products and delivery methods. Ensures messaging and creative is on brand and customer focused. Works collaboratively with business partners to understand and solve for competitive environment and challenges.
• Partners with Marketing senior leaders to develop strategies and solicit input for all merchandising initiatives and corresponding activities. Gains alignment and approval of the creative execution for all major promotional launches.
• Partners and meets regularly with segment leadership to identify needs, establish long term plans and set clear expectation of deliverables.
• Evaluate the current processes and recommend improvements to drive cost savings, time efficiencies where applicable. Build relationships with creative agency and internal TMUS partners to solidify and improve creative development and execution of collateral..
• Manages and provides leadership, mentoring, coaching and career development planning for team members, and ensuring productivity is maximized and quality is delivered.
• Manage internal and external agencies and budget supporting digital collateral

Education and Work Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10 years Retail marketing/merchandising experience with proven ability to develop successful in-store marketing strategies to increase sales. Required
• 4-7 years Experience of leading/managing team of professionals in similar positions. Required
• 4-7 years Direct experience working in the US wireless or consumer electronics industry. Preferred
• 2-4 years Ethnic marketing development experience. Preferred

Base Pay Range: $113,900 - $205,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
