What You'll Do
Ā Strategize & Lead: Develop and implement strategies to boost client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Ā Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to meet and exceed client needs.
Ā Onboarding Excellence: Design and optimize efficient onboarding processes across teams.
Ā Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements to elevate client satisfaction and reduce time-to-value.
Ā Support Excellence: Oversee the Client Experience teams, ensuring top-tier support and developing a comprehensive knowledge base.
Ā Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and foster career growth within your team.
Ā Strategic Vision: Shape and execute a forward-thinking vision for Client Experience.
Ā Budget Management: Stay ahead of industry trends and manage the Client Experience budget effectively.
What You'll Bring
Ā Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Ā Proven Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years in client success, customer service, or related roles, with at least three (3) years in leadership.
Ā Leadership Prowess: A track record of driving client success, satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
Ā Client Lifecycle Expertise: Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and success strategies.
Ā Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Ā Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and execute with a results-driven mindset.
Ā Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, client success platforms, and related tools.
