OPEN POSITIONS Senior Class Action Wage & Hour Paralegal Los Angeles, Bay Area, or Houston 2 Openings The ideal candidate has: • Dedicated wage & hour class action experience (PAGA, FLSA,) • High-volume discovery management • Class certification support • Trial prep, depo prep, and strong organizational skills Senior Consumer & Antitrust Paralegal Los Angeles, Bay Area, or Houston The ideal candidate has: • Experience in consumer class actions, antitrust matters, and MDLs • Strong filing, discovery, and litigation support skills • Ability to coordinate complex cases across jurisdictions Senior Wage & Hour Paralegal (Location-Specific) Los Angeles or Bay Area ONLY Our client is seeking: • A dedicated wage & hour class action paralegal • Strong experience in Rule 23, PAGA, class cert prep, and trial support • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Candidate Requirements • 5+ years of class action litigation paralegal experience • Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules • High-volume discovery experience • Excellent writing, communication, and case management skills • Ability to handle complex, fast-moving litigation Client Office Locations • Los Angeles, CA • Bay Area, CA • Houston, TX (Hybrid work model varies by office.)
