Sr IT Tech Lead About the role The Tech Lead/Solutions Architect position will provide operational support, technical guidance, and new solution delivery services across the enterprise. This position will be based in Tampa/Hingham/Remote, and it will report to the VP of Application Development. The impact you can have Solutioning, building and integrating technology systems to meet the needs of our enterprise, specifically within our Marketing and Customer Data Cloud services. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical resources to recommend solutions for improvements of legacy systems or delivering new technology and capabilities. Resolving technical problems as they arise. Providing supervision and guidance to cross-functional technology teams and mentor junior team members and 3rd party vendor resources. Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed. Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have. Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets. Partner with QA for testing changes required to support new solution delivery or on-going operational support needs. Develop expertise in all the integrations that are critical for the omni channel ecosystem. Continue to be an advocate for technology across the enterprise. Leverage and build new relationships across the enterprise for collaboration, cross-team alignment and successful project delivery. You’ll bring to the role 5-10 years of overall professional experience, including 2-3 years of experience with customer data environments (CDP, CRM, Loyalty, ESP’s, Cloud Data Platforms) Understanding of business processes and more specifically marketing services related to both digital, retail store and customer service operations. Industry-specific experience in apparel is a plus. Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and to rally appropriate teams to troubleshoot issues and track them to root cause resolution quickly and effectively. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolutions skills. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across an organization. The ability to quickly absorb new technologies and features, with strong desire for continuous improvement. Experience with API tools is preferred. High level of competency with Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power Point. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-initiative and ability to be operate effectively on your own with our business and technology partners. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
