About the position

Responsibilities
• Ensure Customer Experience metrics are maintained and drive accountability towards goals and outcomes.
• Interpret metrics, diagnose underlying issues, and recommend solutions to fix root causes.
• Manage controllable root-cause defects to drive a Zero Defect culture and minimize losses.
• Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for investigation and quality assurance processes.
• Develop and influence new ideas and approaches for operational improvements.
• Establish procedures and practices that promote the adoption of appropriate solutions in complex operational environments.
• Develop tools and mechanisms to enhance decision-making processes.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management and provide updates during meetings.
• Identify root causes and create action plans to address them, holding team members accountable for progress.

Requirements
• A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to build relationships with carriers and sellers.
• Ability to analyze quantitatively using multiple systems.
• Experience managing and executing programs to improve scale and leverage.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across various teams.

• Ability to write SQL queries and drive data analysis independently.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Internet-related program or project management.
