About the position The Sr Identity/Access Management Analyst I at Duquesne Light Company plays a crucial role in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, ensuring that access to the company's IT resources is managed effectively. This position involves overseeing access requests, conducting user access reviews, and contributing to IAM process documentation and training materials. The analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert for the IAM platform, focusing on automation and process improvement while providing support during non-working hours as part of an on-call rotation. Responsibilities • Assist with daily processing and follow-up on requests for access to applications and resources managed by the IAM team. • Assume sole ownership of key project tasks and deliverables on IAM projects and initiatives. • Perform user access reviews on multiple applications quarterly and annually. • Assist with the revision and creation of IAM process documentation annually. • Assist in the development of metrics and reporting to evaluate the efficacy of IAM processes and technologies. • Create and refine training materials to help the business adapt to evolving IAM processes and procedures. • Interface with the business to identify areas of improvement for the IAM program and implement program improvements. • Serve as a lead subject matter expert for the IAM team's Identity Governance/Management platform SailPoint IdentityIQ and lead automation efforts. • Serve as an on-call analyst to provide support during non-working hours. Requirements • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field required. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Four (4+) or more years in an IT Access Management, IT Security, or IT Service Delivery role preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of direct Identity and Access Management experience required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of contemporary IAM technologies. • Strong understanding of enterprise IAM program design, development, deployment, and maintenance. • Familiarity with Identity Management in areas such as Single Sign On, Identity Federation, and Role Based Access Control. • Extensive experience with user access provisioning/de-provisioning processes. • Extensive experience with automation and management of IAM tasks using Identity Governance software platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ. • Extensive experience with managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) software platforms. • Experience with development of metrics, reporting, and associated tools. • Extensive experience with application access configuration across various platforms including Oracle, Microsoft, and SAP. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to IAM. • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
