POSITION OVERVIEW We're seeking an Sr. HR Generalist (Temp to Perm) to join our dynamic team and support our mission. This role is crucial in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our HR function and contributing to our people-first culture. We're looking for a key contributor who can efficiently manage HR processes while providing exceptional service to our clinicians and teammates. Join us and be part of something transformative POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES HR Operations • Process day-to-day HR operations tasks including: onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS system transactions in UKG Ready. • Administer benefit processing including: health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits. • Partner with Finance to conduct monthly audits for Benefit plans ensuring billing accuracy. • Ensure data integrity in the UKG Ready system, ensuring that teammates are set up and updated in a timely manner. • Support the HR team with process improvements and efficiency initiatives (automation when possible). Employee Support • Engage and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience that sets employees up for success. • Process leave of absence requests (FMLA, ADA, state leaves) including documentation, tracking, and coordination with managers and teammates. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR support on our HR Slack channel. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must be based in Austin, Texas metro area with ability to work hybrid schedule (1-2 days per week in North Central Austin) Education & Experience • Certificate or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; candidates with relevant experience will be considered. • 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience. • Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and UKG Ready preferred. • Experience supporting 500+ employees in a fast-paced, growing environment. • Proficient in Google suite, excel and comfortable using AI in a work environment (Claude). Core Competencies • Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities. • Approachable communication skills with strong customer service. Our teammates come first! • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to research and resolve employee inquiries independently. • Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws, FMLA, and compliance requirements. • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growing organization with a great team.
