Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5+ years of human resource generalist experience
Proven experience in leading and managing HR programs and teams
Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA in HRM preferred
Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
Verified experience handling and leading teams
Proficiency with HRIS systems
