As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will report into the Sr. Director, Financial Operations and assist our Finance team in delivering superior analysis of financial and operational goals/metrics. Your mission will be to provide high-level financial analysis that assists in driving the business to success. Key Responsibilities Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, and expense. Partner with department owners to drive results of the key performance indicators and respective financial results. Effectively represent the Finance team in client-facing meetings and communications. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and drive results. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. Support Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis. Financial modeling to capture updated financials instantly and prepare 'what-if' scenarios. Prepare presentations for Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team. Identify business problems to be solved and consider how technology solutions will impact the end-to-end data orchestration. Identify and implement ways to automate basic and repetitive tasks. Produce Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred. 5+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel (index match, macro) and PowerPoint skills required. Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Hyperion and Smartview experience.
