McKesson is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis responsibilities and support our Plasma & Biologics product line, including COVID vaccine distribution. This person will lead month-end close and forecast activities, annual budgeting and long-range planning. This individual will have a key role in managing and improving the analytical standards for reporting and modeling KPIs. A total package of qualities to be successful in the role will include strong financial acumen, data analysis, and project management skills to inform impactful decisions across the business. Key Responsibilities • Monthly close and forecasting including production of management reports and variance analysis to provide insight on results • Development of the annual budget and long-term plan • Work with key partners to understand market dynamics and build financial models • Influence stakeholders • Perform other duties as required Minimum Requirement Degree and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Education 4 year degree in finance MBA or CPA preferred Critical Skills • 4+ years accounting, finance, financial analytics or similar experience • Must have strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills • Working knowledge of accounting principles • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills • PowerBI or similar data viz suite experience • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated process improvement skills • Highly motivated self-starter; ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision • Ability to navigate through complex issues, interpret and transform financial data into recommendations to senior leadership • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Additional Skills • Prior FP&A experience preferred • SAP • COPA, BPC • SQL and/or Snowflake Salary: 79,600.00 - 106,100.00 - 132,600.00 USD Annual with 5% MIP P3 We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
