Monitors and controls designated areas and/or buildings. Essential Functions • Reconfigures, upgrades or remodels the interiors of the existing buildings or property and controls utility costs, leasing recommendations, energy management and other property management functions for our buildings. • Meets the various facility needs of the organizations occupying the buildings. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, engineering, or architectural discipline. Minimum Experience: Five (5) years related experience in commercial property management which includes commercial construction. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong human relations and communication skills.
