Sr. Engineering Manager, Ads AI

About the position Responsibilities • Develop a strategy for a new technical foundation based on using AI/LLMs to innovate in ad formats. • Design a technical solution that enables the organization to A/B test new ad formats and placements quickly and iterate. • Evangelize the use of LLMs and AI in software development in the broader organization. • Collaborate with Media, Video and Events teams on generating new clips and ad variations to test as ads. • Attract world class talent and provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members. Requirements • Masters in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent technical experience • 7+ years of industry experience including • 3+ years people management experience Nice-to-haves • 12+ years of relevant work experience • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or related fields • Strong academic credentials with publications in top-tier journals and conferences • Experience with search engine, information extraction, knowledge graph, natural language processing, computer vision techniques Benefits • We strongly believe in the well-being of our employees and their families. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. • The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
