Role Snapshot: Compensation: A competitive salary ranging from $169,500/yr. to $202,000/yr., depending on experience and qualifications Location: Remote Position: Sr Director, Wealth Sales Enablement Strategist Company: TIAA Start Date: Immediate openings available Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Sr Director, Wealth Sales Enablement Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and benefits resolution in our Wealth Sales Enablement business area. Your key responsibilities and duties will include: Influencing Wealth Sales Enablement project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes Driving the delivery for Wealth Sales Enablement initiatives proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications, and risks Establishing effective controls, procedures, and quality assurance processes for Wealth Sales Enablement and Wealth Distribution initiatives Ensuring projects/initiatives are executed in compliance and abide by TIAA internal control environment, established business guidelines, and TIAA policy Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support achievement of Wealth Sales Enablement objectives Reporting progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to Wealth Sales Enablement leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making Driving process improvements in Wealth Sales Enablement business area Driving and overseeing meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives Influencing development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications: University degree 5+ years of financial services experience in Wealth Management, including project and business management Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of financial services experience in Wealth Management, including project and business management Successful track record in project management and business management Previous experience interacting and engaging with senior leaders and building relationships across various business lines Experience preparing, leading, and executing projects and initiatives Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you will need to have the following skills and competencies: Business Development Client Relationship Management Collaboration Consultative Communication Continuous Improvement Mindset Due Diligence Practice Management Strategy Prioritizes Effectively Quantitative Analysis Retirement Planning Selling Sales TIAA Products/Services Acumen Wealth Management Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At TIAA, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
