Crew’s Store Development program, supporting new store openings and remodels. This role oversees fixture sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.The Director will drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and the adoption of digital tools to enhance forecasting, purchasing accuracy, and team productivity. This role partners closely with Creative, Construction, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution across the store pipeline.Key Responsibilities1. Procurement Strategy & ExecutionExecute sourcing strategies for fixtures and store development materialsIdentify cost-saving opportunities through competitive bidding and value engineeringAlign purchasing plans with annual capital budgets and project timelines2. Fixture Design Development & Creative PartnershipServe as the primary bridge between Creative/Visual teams and external vendors, translating design intent into technical specifications and production-ready solutionsPartner closely with Design and Visual Merchandising teams across both brands to interpret concepts and materials, and finishes into executable fixture designsLead the development process from concept through production, ensuring alignment on cost, manufacturability, durability, and timelinesCollaborate with vendors to create shop drawings, prototypes, and material samples that accurately reflect design intentProvide guidance to Creative teams on cost implications, value engineering options, and scalable design solutionsEnsure final fixtures maintain brand integrity while meeting operational and financial requirements3. RFP & Sourcing ManagementManage the RFP process from scope definition through vendor selectionEvaluate bids, conduct cost analysis, and recommend supplier awardsEnsure competitive pricing and strong contract terms4. Procurement OperationsOversee team execution of:Fixture takeoffsPurchase order creationDelivery tracking and issue resolutionEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with project schedules5. Vendor ManagementBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsMonitor vendor performance (cost, quality, delivery)Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement6. Financial ManagementManage procurement budgets tied to store developmentTrack cost savings and purchasing efficiencyPartner with Finance on forecasting and reporting7. Process Improvement & Digital EnablementImprove procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workSupport implementation of procurement systems and toolsIntroduce basic analytics and reporting to improve decision-making8. Risk & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies and procurement standardsIdentify and mitigate risks related to vendors and supply chain9. Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of purchasing professionalsSet clear goals and performance expectationsFoster a collaborative, accountable team environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or related field)8–12 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with leadership experienceExperience in retail store development, construction procurement, or fixture sourcing preferredStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWe welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
