You will be responsible for:Leading a global team of HRBPs and People Consultants supporting Customer Success, including Technical Success Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countriesAligning and executing innovative people strategies with Customer Success leadership to drive transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomesChampioning a culture of inclusion, teamwork, high performance, and growth by developing programs that foster retention, belonging, and talent developmentPartnering with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and other teams to deliver scalable, integrated people solutionsUsing data, analytics, and business insights to drive programs, influence executive decisions, and deliver critical cross-functional projectsWhat We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)12+ years progressive HR experience with significant HRBP leadership in global, growth-driven technology organizationsDeep expertise in Customer Success or similar GTM/post-sales environmentsDemonstrated success advising and influencing C-level and senior executives in fast-paced, complex transformation environmentsProven ability to design and deliver talent, engagement, and reward solutions that align with business strategyBachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plusWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience leading global HR programs across multiple regions and functionsStrong program management and change leadership skills with a track record of scaling HR practicesProficiency in M365 and G-Suite applicationsZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
