Location: Remote – USA
As Revecore’s Sr. Director of Process Optimization, you will:
Lead organization-wide initiatives to standardize and centralize operational processes. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess current-state workflows, develop scalable process frameworks, and drive sustainable adoption through structured change management practices.
The Role:

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, encompassing current-state analysis, solution design, implementation planning, and post-deployment evaluation.
Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized repository of process documentation, including standard operating procedures, playbooks, and workflow diagrams.
Manage cross-functional project plans, stakeholder engagement, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of improvement initiatives.
Design and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder communication plans, training curricula, and adoption monitoring frameworks.
Conduct structured process assessments to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization across business units.
Establish and report on key performance indicators to measure process health, initiative progress, and the sustained impact of improvement efforts.
Facilitate working sessions and workshops with stakeholders at all organizational levels to drive alignment and inform process design decisions.

You’ll be successful if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in change management or business process improvement, or directly related cross-functional discipline.
Demonstrated ability to lead process change initiatives from inception through full organizational adoption.
Prior experience establishing or scaling an operational process function within a growth-stage organization.
Proficiency in process documentation methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex operational concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated capacity to influence stakeholders and build alignment across organizational levels without direct authority.

It would be great if you also have:

Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or equivalent process improvement certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification.
Experience developing and delivering formal training programs or instructional content at an organizational level.
