Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy for Comcast, with a specific focus on U.S. Medical and Pharmacy benefits. Lead the design and management of all employee benefit programs, ensuring they align with company objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the benefits landscape, and use this knowledge to inform and improve Comcast's benefits offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Finance, and Legal, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to benefits management. Develop relationships with external vendors and partners to negotiate competitive pricing and services for employee benefits programs. Provide guidance and support to employees on all benefits-related inquiries, including eligibility, coverage, and claims. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of employee benefits programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Oversee the administration of all benefits plans, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA. Manage a team of benefits professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert on all benefits-related matters, providing guidance and training to HR and other stakeholders as needed. Continuously monitor and evaluate the market competitiveness of Comcast's benefits programs, making adjustments to remain competitive. Drive innovation and efficiency in benefits delivery, leveraging technology and automation where possible. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of benefits management.
