About the position:
The Sr. Director of Field Operaitons will lead fieldwork and translation operations throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with programming and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. This is a client-facing role suited for a strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assess feasibility, develop field plans and create project budgets for new project opportunities
• Organize and lead project kick off calls; review timelines and deliverables, address questions and offer solutions as required
• Provide expert project management to clients through management of sample partners, project teams, and quotas and timelines to ensure the successful execution of the field plan
• Proactively diagnose fielding challenges and offer sample providers and clients with viable solutions
• Manage communications across all applicable project vendors, which may include translations, sample, coding, dashboard, software and data processing vendors
• Oversee the successful invoicing of assigned projects
• Support operational tasks, including but are not limited to vendor contracting, compliance guidelines and regulations and SOP review and/or drafting
• Manage OWL translations business, responsibilities including but are not limited to managing project timelines, costs and deliverables, vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and rebates, reviewing and updating SOP’s, auditing all project costs and vendor invoicing, performance evaluations and project escalations
