The OpportunityThe Sr. Director, Procurement & Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic sourcing and ESG initiatives. This role develops and implements sourcing strategies, strengthens supplier performance, and partners cross-functionally to support financial and operational objectives. To include development and implementation of sustainable strategies for EST compliance reporting. What WOW! OffersBase salary up to $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus short-term incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off & company holidaysTuition reimbursement for continued developmentEmployee broadband discountsWhat You'll be doing:Include but are not limited to the following:Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with corporate financial objectives, including cost optimization and working capital improvementLead enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spending categoriesBuild and enhance procurement infrastructure to support scalable, efficient, and compliant sourcing operationsIdentify, plan, and execute system and process improvements to strengthen procurement performanceEstablish strong internal partnerships to understand demand, service, and operational requirementsDevelop and manage master services agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance guidelinesDirect and organize negotiation of business terms and conditions and manage supplier contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholdersEnhance sourcing processes through development and implementation of vendor KPIs and performance measurement methodologiesManage reporting and cost analysis activities related to purchasing, contract management, and vendor performanceDevelop annual category management plans to proactively address third-party spending and strengthen supplier relationshipsRepresent the organization in real estate matters including leasing, subleasing, acquisitions, property management, workspace planning, and disposition activitiesDefine KPIs and equip internal teams to monitor performance against financial and operational targetsFormulate and execute Environmental, Social, and Governance strategies and policies aligned with company goals.Establish Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting and compliance disclosure to meet investor expectations.Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirementsCompliance and risk management to ensure compliance with environmental laws, labor practices, and human rights regulations.Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor ethical standards and operational risk.Other duties as assignedWhat YOU need is:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Minimum Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of studyMBA strongly preferredMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, real estate, facilities, and sourcing.Minimum 4 years' experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance-related data analysis, stainability, or related roles.Skills and Abilities to be Successful in this RoleDemonstrated success leading complex negotiations and managing supplier relationshipsStrong financial acumen and experience with cost modeling and analytics Strong ability to influence and drive change, while sustaining internal and external relationshipsAbility to interpret complex data, manage Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting software, and provide insights to senior leadership.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience with ERP or procurement systems preferred Physical Demands/Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
