We are now looking for a Self driven, ambitious Senior Digital Solutions Sales Specialist to spearhead our outbound sales efforts, set appointments with qualified decision-makers, and close high-value deals.
What You’ll Do:
• Proactively prospect, cold-call, and generate leads through multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, inbound follow-up).
• Pitch and sell Local Management’s digital marketing and AI-driven solutions to small and mid-sized business owners.
• Set and conduct high-quality discovery calls and demos with qualified leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to contract closing, with support from our internal marketing and fulfillment teams.
• Track pipeline and performance using GoHighLevel CRM and other internal tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
What You Bring:
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling digital marketing, SaaS, or tech solutions to SMBs.
• Proven success in full-cycle sales (cold outreach, discovery, proposal, close).
• Prior experience using GoHighLevel CRM or ZOHO (required).
• Track record of quota attainment and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, marketing automation, AI Agents, lead funnels).
• Comfortable working in a commission-only structure with quarterly performance bonuses.
• Self-starter with high energy, accountability, and a “closer’s” mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
