Sr. Digital Product Analyst

Responsibilities
• Analyze product performance metrics to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct pre and post-launch impact analyses of product initiatives.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate new features or changes.
• Collaborate with product managers to define KPIs and develop tracking specifications.
• Ensure stakeholders have access to real-time data via dashboards and reports.
• Work with data engineers to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
• Promote data-driven decision-making within the product team.
Skills
• 5+ years of experience in digital product analytics and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in driving insights in a digital consumer environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Familiarity with large cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science or Computer Science.
• Expertise in web analytics platforms and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
