Job Description Summary: This individual will lead the Infinia efforts to create a world-class DevOps environment that provides competitive differentiation for the business. What You Will Do: The candidate will be an expert in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to drive an optimal developer experience. They will know how to ensure infrastructure is both highly available and performant.Furthermore, the candidate will demonstrate a strong comprehension of developer tools and technologies (GitHub, IaC/Ansible, etc), security tools and analysis (linting, Asan, CVE, etc) artifact management, and process tools (Jira, etc). This individual will also need to be adept at managing, leading, and growing the individual contributors of their organization. Requirements: -12+ years of professional experience-5+ years of experience managing a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Engineering team-Have helped to improve code coverage, drive down test time, increase fidelity, and increase efficiency -Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines-Hands-on experience with DevOps or SRE style work-Experience managing a team using modern DevOps tooling-Experience with Developer Tools -Experience with Security Tools Preferred Qualifications: -Have past experience creating changes to improve the Developer Experience-Understand Security from a DevOps perspectiveThis position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed. Interview Process: After submitting your application, one of our recruiters will review your resume. If you clear the interview, you will enter the main process, which can consist of up to four interviews in total: Coding assessment: Often in a language of your choice. Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service (depending on role). Real-time problem-solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session. Meet and greet with the wider team. Our goal is to finish the main process in 2-3 weeks at most.
