Sr. Designer (web design & video experience)

Position Summary We are looking for a seasoned creative professional specializing in web design, with a strong ability to craft engaging digital experiences across platforms. Expert in UI/UX principles, responsive design, and brand storytelling, with additional experience in motion graphics and video content. Key Skills: • Web Design (UI/UX, responsive design) • HTML/CSS familiarity (for design handoff or light edits) • Design and optimize responsive, user-centered web pages, landing pages, and microsites. • Collaborate with developers to bring web designs to life, providing clear specs and visual assets. • Video Editing & Animation (After Effects, Adobe Premiere) • Develop brand-aligned video content including promotional videos, product demos, motion graphics, social ads, and event recaps. • Comfortable guiding creative direction, adhering to branding principles, and working with the Adobe Product Suite. • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, dev, and content teams • Own the creative process from concept to execution for digital campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across web and video. • Contribute to and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring a unified look and feel across all creative outputs. • Stay current on design trends, UX/UI standards, and digital storytelling techniques. Qualifications Preferred Experience: • 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio in web and video. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. • Experience working in CMS environments and familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers. • Ability to storyboard and script short-form videos. • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
