Sr. Decision Scientist / Business Analytics - Clinical Analytics (Remote)
About the position Responsibilities • Conduct retrospective analysis using statistical modeling techniques such as Propensity Score Weighting and Propensity Score Matching. • Design, launch, and monitor various A/B tests. • Analyze large volumes of data related to mental well-being services to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions. • Create and maintain data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data for reporting and analysis. • Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business objectives. • Document projects, including business goals, data collection methods, results, and analytical metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational goals. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate and consult effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • 3+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python (Pandas). • 3+ years statistical background with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis.
