This role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of databases that support critical business applications and services. The Sr. DBA will manage and optimize complex database systems including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. They will develop efficient queries, indexes, and stored procedures, implement robust backup and failover strategies, and proactively monitor system performance. In collaboration with development and infrastructure teams, the Sr. DBA will contribute to architectural decisions and lead efforts to enhance data access and integrity across the organization.Work Location: This is a remote position. Work Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmWork Travel: Less than 10% domestic travel.
