As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be part of Disney's Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group, where you will:
Build analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces
Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
Apply descriptive and inferential statistics to understand customer behaviors and drive business results
What You'll Bring:
Unrelenting curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and a passionate pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills
Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects with excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
Master's degree in a quantitative field
Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces
Ability to identify and effectively communicate issues to management
Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
