Identify data discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and understand data requirements.
Design and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Monitor data usage and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
Create and maintain data documentation and metadata.
Lead data quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data management.
Train and mentor other team members on data management and analysis techniques.
Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integration and data flow between systems.
