You’re an outstanding writer, translating ideas into copy that conveys the message with impact on social, newsletters, collateral, and digital content. Strong, expressive writing and top-notch design skills are key. Skip the boring stuff - you want to create stories and content that lands!Create Content That Works (Coaching Content 40%):You create content that translates ideas into action. You’re great at taking complex ideas and creating simple, clear, compelling content that works. You’re a wiz at designing worksheets, scripts, and resources that deliver results. A boring email? A worksheet that doesn’t work? Not here.Keep Content Coordinated (Content Mgt 20%):You’ll process and upload design files to our content database and member learning site, update and maintain content archives (Airtable), and provide content support to all business teams.WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED7+ Years of Writing & Design Experience:You’re a senior professional capable of nailing a brand voice and creating compelling design content from scratch. You're a hybrid professional—not just a designer or writer, but a lot of awesome in one package. You have experience in financial services, business, coaching or related fields.Tech & LMS Know-How:We are tech-native, meaning you must embrace, enjoy, and excel at using tech. You know programs like Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Airtable, and you’re proficient working with LMS systems. If you don’t know it, you’re the person who dives in to figure it out. Extensive InDesign is required!A Player with Team Spirit:Success is not a solo sport. Total compensation potential: $79,000 - $102,000
Base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE
Performance Bonus: up to 10% of salary
Profit Sharing Bonus: up to 10% of salary
