Employer Industry: Biotech and Medical Device Why consider this job opportunity: - Salary up to $152,982 - Eligible for an annual bonus - Comprehensive benefits package effective on the date of hire, including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance - Educational assistance and tuition reimbursement available for all employees - Opportunity for remote work flexibility - Supportive and collaborative work environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the design and development of clinical study protocols, including objectives, endpoints, and statistical analysis plans - Oversee the execution of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulations - Collaborate with biostatistics and data management teams for accurate data analysis and reporting - Develop and deliver scientific presentations at industry conferences and prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals - Ensure compliance with clinical research guidelines and mitigate risks related to clinical trial conduct What is Required (Qualifications): - Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in life sciences, clinical research, biomedical engineering, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research in the biotech or medical device industry, including leading clinical trials - In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) - Experience with FDA submissions, including INDs, BLAs, PMAs, and/or 510(k)s - Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and clinical research organizations (CROs) - Familiarity with innovative methodologies in clinical research and therapeutic areas of focus #Biotech #ClinicalResearch #MedicalDevice #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
