Sr Claim Benefit Specialist

As a Sr Claim Benefit Specialist at bolthires, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex claims-related inquiries as a key member of the Claims team. You will provide expert customer service to our internal and external customers, and take ownership of the customer's needs and resolution. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of health plan or claims benefit experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of providing superior customer service.You will be confident in your ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
