Sr Change Manager, IT PMO

Join our team as a Change Manager and lead the charge in organizational readiness for IT system implementations. This remote role offers the opportunity to drive strategic change management and enhance stakeholder engagement across diverse business units. Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic change management plans to support IT system deployments. • Analyze stakeholder needs and craft effective communication strategies for successful system rollouts. • Design and execute change plans that align with project goals and business priorities. • Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to ensure operational readiness and sustainability. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption of change best practices. Skills • Proven expertise in change management methodologies and communication strategies. • Strong leadership and influence management skills to guide teams towards shared objectives. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively. • Proficient in IT systems and project management within complex organizations. Preferred Skills • Experience working in a global environment with diverse cultural and language groups. • Ability to effectively gather stakeholder needs and drive business requirements. • Strong presentation skills and comfort in interpersonal interactions.
