At Aleph, you’ll help advertisers unlock the full potential of TikTok by delivering tailored business solutions and cultivating high-impact relationships with top agencies and direct clients. What You’ll Do
Drive new business growth for TikTok by identifying client objectives and developing strategic advertising solutions that address their needs.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with Big6 agency groups, direct advertisers, and executive-level stakeholders across social, video, mobile, and digital teams.
Lead sophisticated, consultative sales conversations and proposals, leveraging market insights, data, and platform knowledge.
Partner with Aleph’s internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to long-term partner status.
Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and case studies that drive excitement and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Manage a strong pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and actively report on performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.
Be an outstanding public speaker and platform evangelist — inspiring clients with compelling narratives about TikTok’s potential. What You Need For This Role
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
Strong existing relationships with decision-makers in the local market — especially within Big6 agencies and key advertisers.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, mobile advertising, and preferably, experience with self-serve, auction, and biddable ad buying platforms.
Proven track record of scaling agency and direct advertiser investments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — with a talent for storytelling and public speaking.
Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
Energetic, creative, and goal-oriented mindset with a preference for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
