About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Logistics Interstate and Express Team. In this role, you will: • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Location: 141954-NC-Distribution Utility Center, Charlotte This position does not offer relocation assistance Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: • Understanding of transportation modes; interlining, LTL, truckload, independent contractor, FedEx, UPS, DHL • Experience with 3rd party management • Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS and Data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI • Knowledge of Storm • Knowledge of issue management • Strong attention to detail • Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to construct PowerPoint presentations for executive communications • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Job Expectations: • Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week • Available to support across multiple time zones as necessary Position is not eligible for a VISA Posting End Date: 9 Nov 2025 • Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
