As a Sr. Business Development Manager, Target Plus, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that is revolutionizing the way people shop online. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Partner Development: Leverage a client-centric approach to build strong relationships with marketplace partners, understand their key objectives, and prescribe strategic recommendations to help them succeed on the Target Plus platform. Service Provider Management: Maintain strong, consultative relationships with service providers' sales teams to ensure high-quality leads are handed off smoothly and with a high probability of successful closing. Marketing and Communications: Develop and execute direct marketing strategies to drive awareness of partner service offerings, working closely with the Target+ and Corporate Communications teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with leaders across the core Target Plus team, including Partner Acquisition, Partner Onboarding, and Category Management, to generate a pipeline of high-potential leads for partner services. Revenue Growth and Forecasting: Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, identifying, qualifying, and connecting new and existing marketplace partners to the appropriate services and providers. Collaborate with Target+ financial analyst and partner service providers to invoice, collect, track, forecast, and report partner service revenue. Client Success: Balance the short-term art of business development with the long-term needs for client success, demonstrating curiosity to understand individual client needs and driving consideration through prescriptive recommendations.
