The successful candidate will be well-versed in the art of complex environments by utilizing proven solution/consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. This professional must be extremely proficient in prospecting for new customers, networking, and relationship building throughout client organizations to include all C-level executiveDuties and Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close new logo average contract values of $5M - $10M within a defined target market
Successfully sell to large commercial organizations by leading with Full IT Outsourcing, Cloud Advancement, and Agile Infrastructure solutions—while strategically incorporating complementary services such as Business Applications, Data Analytics, Custom Application Development, Managed Security, and Workforce Productivity as needed to meet customer objectives.Define a phased vision for customers, outcome success, win themes, and value proposition by combining technical modernization, financial situational improvement, risk mitigation, and organizational efficienciesDevelop and lead creative deal shapes, commercial structures, and pricing proposals as part of a winning sales pursuit, while working closely with all practicesLeverage all facets of lead generation including, but not limited to outbound lead generation, technology alliance partners (such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, AWS), industry associations, and a strong personal networkEffectively engage and converse with C-level contactsThis job description is not designed to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities required of the employee in this position, as duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeEducation

Bachelor’s Degree in related field from an accredited college or university
Experience

Customarily has at least 5 years of new customer acquisition business development experience, overall program envisioning, proposal development
Customarily has at least 5 years of consulting and program leadership experience for impactful business and technology programs, information technology outsourcing, etc.
Experience with complex sales pursuits positioning, bundling, and selling the following services preferred:
Business Applications Services (ERP, Business Management Applications): Business Applications Consulting, Business Applications Implementation, Managed Application Support
Data Insights: Business Intelligence, Analytics Consulting, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence
Application Development: Custom Development, Quality Assurance, UI/UX Design and Development, DevOps Services
Infrastructure Services: Full Outsourced IT, Cloud Advancement Services, Managed Security, IT Consulting, public cloud resell (Azure, AWS)
Prior experience transforming businesses with full-services systems integrations and IT outsourcing firms, a plus

May require occasional travel.Salary RangeThe following information is required by the California Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of California. The anticipated starting pay range for Northern California applicants for this role is $153,136.62-$212,306.11 with a median of $179,404.08. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.The following information is required by the New York Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of New York. The anticipated starting pay range for New York, NY applicants for this role is $145,305.26-$201,448.85 with a median of $170,229.42.
