Sr. Business Analyst- Agile/Azure Boards
Title: Senior Business Analyst, (Agile and Azure Boards)
Location: Hybrid (Deerfield Beach, FL) - 3 days onsite
Duration: 12+ month contract
Compensation: $50 - 62 per hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Sr. Business Analyst
Job Description:
ā¢ Work with business stakeholders to translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements and secure signoff
ā¢ Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes
ā¢ Work with enterprise tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOPS to capture requirements and manage lifecycle issues and work items
ā¢ Manage DevOPs board to capture user stories and work assignments for developers to complete stories
ā¢ Conduct backlog grooming sessions/refinement sessions to review and prioritize user stories to ensure items are ready for upcoming sprints
ā¢ Work with developers to create technical workflows to capture the current state and future state architecture design flow
