Articulate is seeking an experienced Sr Brand Designer I to lead and execute performance-driven visual storytelling across our growth marketing channels. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who thrives at the intersection of brand design, growth campaigns, and data-informed iteration.As a key contributor to our team, youâll work closely with brand, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high-impact digital assetsâfrom paid acquisition campaigns, ad testing, email and landing page design, product launches and sales enablement tools. You will be a champion of brand consistency across all creative, while actively exploring new ideas to push our campaigns forward.What You'll Do:Design Thinking & StorytellingUse design thinking to craft high-performing, audience-centric campaigns that translate brand narratives into measurable marketing success.Concept and develop data-informed, performance-focused creative across paid and organic channelsâanalyzing and leveraging ad test results, A/B experimentation, and campaign insights.Drive visual storytelling innovation through iterative testing, creative experimentation, and analysis of marketing KPIs.Apply systems thinking to connect campaign goals with emotional storytelling and cohesive brand experiences.Stay up-to-date on best practices and market trends to keep our creative fresh and performance-focused.Design ExecutionOwn design execution across growth and brand channelsâincluding ad creative, campaign assets, landing pages, social visuals, presentation templates, and digital sales tools.Deliver strategic and visually compelling work that meets business objectives while honoring brand guidelines and audience expectations.Demonstrate excellence in typography, layout, and composition to create scalable systems and polished visual work.Independently manage project scope, timelines, and complexityâproactively raising risks and identifying opportunities for improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with growth marketers, the content team, and product marketing to ensure alignment between design and strategic performance goals.Use campaign performance data and audience insights to refine design decisions and support cross-functional collaboration.Provide clear design rationale and leadership in stakeholder meetings, helping to guide discussions around visual direction and creative best practices.Contribute to scalable, efficient creative workflows that support experimentation and iteration across campaign lifecycles.Team CitizenshipFoster an inclusive, collaborative team culture by sharing learnings, feedback, and inspiration during critiques and design reviews.Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating our teamâs skills in visual storytelling, experimentation, and campaign design.Actively shape team processes and creative standards, championing continuous learning and innovation across the brand studio.What You Should Have: Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).5â7+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact campaign work, digital advertising, and brand storytelling.Proven ability to design for acquisition marketing, growth experimentation, and conversion-oriented design.Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of how to build reusable systems for scale.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data and creative vision into clear design outcomes.Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Self-motivated, collaborative, and resilientâwith a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.Nice to Haves: Experience working in a SaaS or tech-focused company.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions.Familiarity with advertising platforms such as LI, FB, etc. as well as their current trends and creative dynamicsUnderstanding of creative testing methodologies in paid media environments.Experience contributing to the evolution of brand systems in a high-growth business context.About usArticulate Global, LLC, is the leading SaaS provider of creator platforms for online workplace training.
