The CTK team's vision is to utilize top talent to streamline time and attendance data entry, reduce payroll defects, and provide consistently high service levels. The team manages a ticket queue, executing requests on a FIFO basis while prioritizing payroll-impacting tickets to ensure associate time and attendance matters are handled with speed, precision, and customer obsession. Position Description As a Sr. Associate in the Centralized Timekeeping team, you will play a critical role in managing time and attendance matters for buildings across the network. Your primary focus will be on resolving incoming calls and chats from Amazon employees, managers, and HR representatives. You will be the voice of CTK, providing exceptional customer service and addressing time-related queries in a fast, accurate, and reliable manner. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to incoming calls and chats from Amazon employees, managers, and HR representatives regarding time and attendance matters Provide resolution to time-related queries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to manage and update time and attendance data Develop and maintain a keen understanding of Amazon's attendance policies, employee groups, and applicable state and federal laws Participate in continuous improvement process projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CTK team Collaborate with the Time and Attendance Manager or Time and Attendance POC to ensure seamless operations Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 6+ months of human resources experience 6+ months of customer service experience 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, especially Excel High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Experience working in confidential environments Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of human resources experience 1+ year of customer service experience 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong time management and organizational skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
