The Item Management and Lending (PML) Specialty Unit is a rapidly growing organization passionate about delivering U.S. consumers exceptional payment products and extraordinary experiences. The US Consumer Line Commitment and Pay Catch team drives the product strategy and end-to-end customer experience for the Line Increment and Pay Catch Projects, which are key drivers of engagement and lending commitment with existing US Consumer Lending Cardmembers.
Responsibilities:
Lead monthly product performance reporting, requiring blending from various data reports and dashboards
Lead product analysis, generating actionable, data-driven insights while utilizing data available in Big Data Platform via SQL/HQL
Use data analysis to identify and address business questions, understanding key lending metrics and trends to draw meaningful conclusions across various reports and data sources
Partner closely with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Risk, Digital, Finance, Research, and Analytics to create strategic cross-functional analysis initiatives
Support portfolio management efforts by actively participating in the review of end-to-end product performance and identifying new insights in collaboration with key partner teams
Clearly communicate and present portfolio findings and recommendations supported by analysis, gathering essential buy-ins and support from leadership and partner teams
Requirements:
Logical and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data analysis results and performance trends to drive meaningful insights
Creative problem solver with proven ability to combine and connect different data and financial analyses, customer research, and competitive intel to drive business recommendations
Meticulous with a history of executing on cross-functional drives, adapting to multiple priorities, and managing tight deadlines
Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely convey a message to different audiences, both verbally and in writing
Positive, self-starter with the courage to challenge the status quo
Bachelor's degree required
3 years of experience with SQL/HQL and data analysis
Related experience in strategy or relevant industry experience preferred
