Responsibilities
ā¢ Build, segment, target, track, test, and deploy personalized campaigns using a large Email Service Provider (ESP)
ā¢ Manage your workload autonomously to meet deadlines and quality expectations while thriving in a close-knit, collaborative team environment
ā¢ Support the creative improvement of design, process, and technical challenges related to email and mobile projects
ā¢ Develop and maintain strong partnerships with outside vendors, internal stakeholders, and other departments to ensure open communication and alignment of goals
ā¢ Execute organizational directives in alignment with the company's mission, goals, and objectives while demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work effectively within a group dynamic
ā¢ Apply strong problem prevention, solving, and resolution skills from both analytical and conceptual perspectives
ā¢ Collaborate respectfully and communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences across all levels of the organization
ā¢ Coordinate and manage projects with a high level of attention to detail and analytical rigor
Skills
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of HTML and email coding best practices
ā¢ Solid understanding of mobile marketing strategies and execution
ā¢ Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
ā¢ Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities
ā¢ High level of integrity and professionalism
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and present to diverse audiences

Experience
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing or a related field
ā¢ Demonstrated experience building, segmenting, and deploying personalized email campaigns using an ESP platform
ā¢ Proven experience working with email editing and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or similar tools
ā¢ Experience developing and managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
ā¢ Background in executing marketing campaigns with measurable results in customer engagement and loyalty
